With our collection of a funny skits in print you can do a laughing yoga meditation on a beach, in a park, or anywhere without having to be plugged-in to technology. Over the years My Hyena Comedy has poorly performed over 100 funny skits, also known as “Sketch Comedy Mini-plays”,  live (without any rehearsal) on our low audio quality comedy podcast. We’ve reformatted twenty-five of these funny skits for print and have paced them into our book unHOLY SKITS! Since the original skits were meant only to be performed on our podcast, we only wrote them to be heard and not seen. However, in our book, we’ve reformatted the material and added lots of new features so that they can be read for fun, imagined on a stage, and performed live in front of real people! The reformatting and additional features includes the following:

• Funny recommendations on props that can be used for live performances.
• Funny recommendations on costumes that can be worn for live performances.
• Aside from a list of the main characters, we’ve provided a list of optional characters that can be used to involve more performers.
• Stage directions (for some reason we did not need them when we were performing these skits on or podcast).
• And lots, lots, lots more!

Upon first glance, this text seemingly just contains 25 poorly conceived, ridiculously wrong, low-brow sketch comedy scenes. However, among the sexual innuendo and groan-inducing puns exists the path to Nirvana wherein one can find a wobbly, yet functioning, stairway to heaven. But maybe you are simply in need of funny scenes for an audition, talent show, stage performance, or humorous interpretation competition. Maybe you are simply a solo comedic performer, comedy troupe, theater class, or someone looking for a hearty laugh or gregarious guffaw, and NOT a seeker of enlightenment and self-realization.
