My Hyena “BE A MODEL” Model of the Month Contest
Additional Contest Rules

• The entrant hereby certifies that the photograph he/she is submitting is their original work and has never been copyrighted and does not infringe on any third party’s copyrighted material, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• The entrant agrees that all photographs submitted shall become the sole property of My Hyena Inc. and that the photograph and name may both be used in future promotions without further payment.
• The entrant understands that his/her street address and phone number collected by My Hyena Inc. in email submission will only be used for delivery of the contest prize.
• The entrant understands this his/her email address may be used by My Hyena Inc. to communicate contest information possibly including the announcement of the winner, confirmations, and other contest related emails.
• An entrant can choose not to receive either poster or calendar if they win. However, no substitute prizes will be awarded.
• If an entrant chooses to receive either a poster or calendar, they must include in their email entry an address that is not a P.O. Box since it may make it difficult to receive their prize.
• My Hyena is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets once they are mailed to the winning contestant.
• The entrant understands that My Hyena Inc. will do their best to keep his/her address and phone number confidential. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.
• Local, state and federal taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.
• My Hyena may not acknowledge the receipt of the entry unless. Due to the large number of submissions, the entrant will not inquire whether or not their submission has been received.
• The entrant understands that My Hyena Inc. reserves the right to edit and/or alter any submission.
• All photograph submissions must be exclusive to My Hyena Inc.
• Decisions of the judges as to all contest matters are final and nonappealable. All submissions are subject to the terms of these rules and all entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges. My Hyena Inc. reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
• My Hyena Inc. may, in its sole discretion, take whatever measures it deems necessary or appropriate to preserve the integrity of the contest.
• Announcement of the winner will go out to all qualifying contestants via email and will be announced on the website.
• Contest is void where prohibited.
