  1. What role in our life is played with medicine? Health of the nation is a priority problem of the government in the field of health protection. WBR LeoP

  2. Hey Leo,
I’m not too sure what you mean or what you are asking with the comment you’ve left. But, I can say it’s true that we have major health issues in this country. This website is specifically devoted to addressing issues each of us can control; issues that stem from our lifestyle and outlook on life. We believe that our culture is too wound up and our priorities are so goal and success oriented (whatever that means) that we often find ourselves using inappropriate biological mechanisms for self imposed circumstances, i.e. we use the flight-or-fight response to deal — not just attacks from bears — but with a deadline at work, or paying the bills, or driving on the freeway.

The unfortunate thing is that this results in unnecessary stress and that causes our bodies to become more susceptible to disease and other signs of ill health. Though medicines exist to help, they do not solve the fundamental problem (not to mention they are more expensive than laughing). We at My Hyena are hoping through this website to help all our brothers and sisters cultivate a humorous outlook on life, find things to laugh at, share laughter with others, and hopefully not be as affected by the stress of life’s daily grind.

Whewwww…didn’t mean to say all that when I stared. Plus those last two paragraphs are way to serious for this website. So to end…

A doctor asks, “Nurse, how is that little girl doing who swallowed ten quarters last night?” The nurse responds, “No change yet.”

    Arghh…
